This option allows those interested in sport to spread their enthusiasm and knowledge with local sports clubs and primary school pupils. You will develop vital life skills including planning, organising, teamwork and communication.
The course is a fun practical experience and there are no exams to sit to gain your qualification. Candidates do not need to be sports stars but ‘get up and go’, commitment and enthusiasm are needed.
This course is suitable for anyone interested in working with people, especially young people. It will be excellent experience for those wishing to go into coaching, teaching, youth work or the leisure industry.

When: Wednesday afternoon (with some lunchtime starts)
Where: Sports Hall, and local primary schools
How Long: One term
