If you would be interested in planning, training for and completing an adventurous journey, but without the rest of the D of E Gold scheme, then this might be for you…..
You can join in any if the D of E training trips and the cost would be minimal and restricted to the cost of campsites, food and your own personal walking equipment if you do not have any.
You would still need to commit to this activity for the full 2 terms of timetabled PDP – from September to Easter - but you would really benefit from the team building, confidence and problem solving skills that D of E participants gain from their full award
